Archie is a highly experienced commercial lawyer with a particular focus on property and leasing.  He advises on a broad range of property, leasing and finance related matters. 

In the property area Archie has acted for major property developers including property trusts, property investors and corporations in property developments, including subdivision and strata subdivision, and the acquisition, disposal and structuring of commercial and industrial transactions including under joint ventures and trusts.  He has also been involved in advising and negotiating property related finance documentation.  As part of his practice he has drafted and negotiated complex leasing matters and he regularly provides advice on design and construction contracts and construction management agreements.

Archie is a frequent presenter of various seminars on property issues affecting the firm's clients.

Archie is qualified as a solicitor in both Australia and the UK.
