Archie joined Kemp Strang in 2006 as a senior associate and was appointed a partner on 1 January 2008. He practices in the firm's property and commercial department.

Archie is qualified as a solicitor in Australia and the UK.  He also has a master of business administration degree.  He has extensive experience in Australia and the UK on a wide range of property and commercial matters including property development, leasing, the acquisition and disposal of commercial and industrial land, banking and finance and advising and negotiating various types of commercial agreements.  Archie has particular expertise in advising property developers on the acquisition and disposal of land and on development and joint venture related agreements.
