We currently have vacancies in our Litigation and Corporate/Commercial Departments for experienced legal secretaries.  Ideally you will have experience in a similar role and be used to supporting others in a busy work environment.

There is also the opportunity to work on a permanent part-time basis, 2 days per week, in a job share arrangement in the Litigation Department.  Success in this role will require excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the job-share partner.

Administration Assistant:

This position is responsible for a range of administrative duties and supporting the National Collections Manager and the Collections team in a fast-paced environment.  In this role you will assist with billing and general accounting procedures, preparation of daily reports, liaising with interstate agents, and other clerical tasks.   Very good organisational skills and accuracy and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.

Billings Clerk

Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, this position is responsible for preparing bills in accordance with a monthly timetable, ensuring bills are correct before finalisation, making sure summary sheets and statements correspond with bills, filing, plus other administrative duties.  This role would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers and is interested in progressing in an accounting environment.
