The Fair Work Ombudsman released the information statement that national system employers will be required to give to all new employees from 1 January 2010. Below is a link to the statement.

The Fair Work Regulations set out a number of ways employers can provide the statement to employees:
giving it to the employee in person;
mailing it to the employee's home by pre-paid post;
Emailing to the employee's work or other nominated email a link to the page on the Fair Work Ombudsman's website where the statement is located, or a direct link to the statement on the employer's website; or
faxing it to the employee's work or home number.
