Gary Ling Consultant

Gary's expertise includes superannuation, managed funds, life insurance, general insurance, and RSE and AFS licensing applications and issues.  He is currently focussing on Credit Act registration and licensing.

Gary was General Counsel at Westpac Financial Services Group for 13 years up to 1996, and then Special Counsel Corporate Regulation for Westpac Banking Corporation.  He has been in private practice since 1998, acting for many institutional and boutique clients.  He joined Kemp Strang as a consultant in 2004.
