Jefferson advises listed and unlisted companies on compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules; advisory work relating to corporate compliance matters; capital raisings; mergers and acquisitions; control transactions; due diligence, preparation and negotiation and completion of commercial transactions; general commercial advice and intellectual property matters. He also provides advice on structuring, negotiating and drafting plans for executives and employee incentive schemes for listed and unlisted companies.

Prior to working in Kemp Strang's Corporate Advisory/Commercial Group, Jefferson spent a number of years in the firm's Dispute Resolution/Insolvency Group where he advised insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and multi-national corporations on both litigious and commercial transactions.
