Jillian joined Kemp Strang in 2007 and was appointed a Senior Associate in January 2010.
Jillian acts for major corporate clients and financial institutions, and individual clients including company directors and creditors. She provides advice to insolvency practitioners on issues arising from complex administrations, liquidations, receiverships, retention of title claims, and Deeds of Company Arrangement. She is a member of the IPA and INSOL International.
She has also managed major electronic discovery projects, e-courtrooms and forensic data recovery projects.
Jillian was the inaugural Alumni Scholar for the Faculty of Law at the University of Sydney, obtained her Masters of Laws in 2007 and the IPA Certificate in Advanced Insolvency Law and Practice in 2008.
