Kristina has been acting for banks and finance companies on the enforcement of securities and recovery of loans since 2004.  She acts for large banks and non-bank lenders conducting mortgage enforcement and commercial litigation, principally in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal, and also in the District and Federal Courts.

Kristina conducts cases involving banking practice, allegations of unconscionability and unfairness against lenders, as well as allegations of fraud and misrepresentation.  She also pursues claims against loan originators, brokers and other third parties on behalf of clients, often resulting in factually complex litigation involving many parties.

Kristina is part of a team of lawyers and paralegals which provide Australia-wide mortgage enforcement services to their clients.
