Mark has 18 years' experience acting for property developers and investors, builders, banking and financial institutions and other corporate and non-corporate clients. Mark has particular expertise in property acquisitions and disposals, structuring of property acquisitions and developments under joint venture, trusts and other arrangements, advising on environmental planning issues, commercial property finance securitisation, drafting and advising on building and construction contracts and leasing transactions.

Mark's commercial practice covers a broad range of matters such as business sales and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, shareholder disputes and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
