Mark joined Kemp Strang as a Partner in April 2001, having been a Partner for over 13 years in Greaves Wannan & Williams. Mark undertakes a broad range of property related work, specialising in the areas of agribusiness, and banking and finance. Mark acts for corporate and private rural clients in connection with various land, water and rural business transactions. He also acts for financial institutions in relation to loan transactions which involve the taking of security over rural properties, water entitlements, livestock and crops.

Mark has been a regular speaker at continuing legal education seminars on water rights since October 2004.
