Matthew specialises in mortgage enforcement, banking and finance litigation, and debt recovery.  He advises large national banks and large non-bank lenders on mortgage enforcement, debt recovery, and other litigious matters.

Matthew leads a team of lawyers and paralegals, and manages a network of interstate law firms, that provide Australia wide mortgage enforcement services to a number of large national banks and large non-bank residential lenders.  The team provide the legal services for the entire mortgage enforcement process, from start to finish, with sophisticated reporting capabilities to enable clients to track and manage matters. 

Matthew also conducts litigation arising from the mortgage enforcement process, and provides advice to clients in relation to the wide range of issues which arise from this type of work.
