Michael has almost 20 years' experience as a commercial litigator.  He advises banks, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, corporate and private clients on a wide range of litigious matters. 

As a LEADR trained mediator, Michael is committed to alternative dispute resolution.  This combined with his extensive litigation experience, means that Michael not only maximises his clients' position through the Court process but also bears in mind the costs and reputational risks associated with litigation.
