Michael has been with Kemp Strang since 2005, specialising in mortgage enforcement, banking and finance litigation and insolvency both personal and corporate.  He provides advice to banks and major lenders on their statutory and common law rights when enforcing a mortgage together with the debt recovery process in all jurisdictions and other litigious matters. 

Michael leads a team of paralegals that specialise in debt recovery on a range of areas including shortfall recoveries, rental agreements, chattel mortgages, unsecured loans and term purchase agreements. 

Michael also conducts litigation arising from the mortgage enforcement process, claims against third parties including brokers and valuers, building and construction and advice to clients on personal and corporate insolvency.
