Mortgages Our Mortgage Department is comprised of partners and paralegals with extensive experience in providing mortgage services. Further, we ensure that all paralegals who are employed in our Mortgage Department are suitably qualified and capable of handling any matter from start to finish. Our expertise encompasses the provision of advice on all aspects of documentation, origination, securitisation, consumer credit compliance issues and security enforcement.
We currently provide mortgage services on a national basis from our Sydney office. We have adopted this approach by choice, as have many of our clients, in order to fully utilise the commercial benefits of centralised management and operations. Since 2004 we have had in place client extranets, where clients are able to track the progress of matters being processed by us, monitor our service levels and generate their own reports. Extranets provide a central, streamlined and cost effective communication channel, guaranteeing transparent matter management for our clients.
The extranet system is web browser based with secure encryption protection. We have the capability to electronically publish correspondence, documents, customised status reports, invoices and billing information via our extranet and we have the flexibility to meet clients' individual requirements.
