Peter has been practising in the area of commercial disputes with an emphasis on banking and finance and insolvency for 20 years.

Peter acts for financiers in contentious or litigious matters.  He has significant experience acting for both insolvency practitioners and company directors in relation to matters involving insolvency and turnaround management. 

Peter advises and acts in a wide variety of commercial and property disputes.  In this area of practice, Peter works closely in consultation with the members of Kemp Strang's Property and Corporate practice groups.  He has also acted in a variety of disputes between partners, joint venture partners and shareholders.
