Rafe joined Kemp Strang in 2004 and was appointed as a Senior Associate in 2006.  He acts for a number of national Australian banks and other financial institutions, as well as a broad range of private clients on various leasing, property acquisition and development matters.

Rafe works extensively with one of Australia's larger banks, advising on all aspects of structured and transactional finance and banking matters.  This included a period of seven months on secondment with the bank as a Senior Legal Adviser, providing advice on a wide-range of litigation issues, legislative requirements and other matters, as well as being responsible for the drafting of bank wide policies and procedures.
