Russ joined Kemp Strang in 2006 and was appointed associate in 2008.  Russ advises corporations and individuals on a broad range of human resources matters including executive remuneration, termination entitlements, superannuation, employment litigation, discrimination and insolvency. He also advises on occupational health and safety issues and has acted for employers in WorkCover prosecutions and coronial inquiries. Russ is a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand was was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2001.
