Sarah joined Kemp Strang in 2005 from New Zealand and was appointed a Senior Associate in 2006.  Sarah advises listed and unlisted companies on compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate governance, licensing, intellectual property and information technology matters. Sarah previously practised in public law in the leading specialist public law firm in New Zealand.
