Tamara Goodwin Senior Associate Practice Areas Estates & Estate Litigation

Tamara joined Kemp Strang in April 2002 and was made a Senior Associate in July 2007. She practices in the firm’s Wills & Estates group.

Tamara advises on and prepares Wills for individuals and acts in uncontested probate and administration applications and estate administrations. She also acts in contested estate matters, including Family Provision Act claims.

Tamara was a contributor to the publication, Older People & the Law (2005, 4th Edition) published by the NSW Attorney General's Department, is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of New South Wales and she is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates.
