Kristina acts for banks and finance companies on the enforcement of securities and recovery of loans. She also acts for large banks and non-bank lenders conducting mortgage enforcement and commercial litigation, primarily in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Kristina conducts cases involving banking practice, allegations of unconscionability and unfairness against lenders, as well as allegations of fraud and misrepresentation.

She also pursues claims against loan originators, brokers and other third parties on behalf of clients.
