Mark acts for corporate and private rural clients on various land, water and rural business transactions. He has also acted for financial institutions in relation to loan transactions involving the taking of security over rural properties, water entitlements, livestock and crops.

Mark has been a regular speaker at continuing legal education seminars on water rights since 2004.
