Patrick is a corporate and commercial lawyer experienced across a range of industries, with a focus on the financial services sector. He advises on the acquisition and disposal of businesses, financing transactions, commercial agreements, corporate governance, design and delivery of financial products and services, and regulatory compliance. Formerly a senior lawyer with a large multinational, Patrick’s extensive in-house experience helps him to better understand his clients' needs and priorities. Patrick also practised law in the United States for a number of years, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and asset finance.
