Scott advises on all aspects of insolvency and reconstructions in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He regularly provides advice on restructures and enforcement of securities on behalf of financial institutions and lending syndicates. In this capacity, he has recently acted for the administrators of ABC Learning Centres.
