Kemp Strang Appoints New BD and Marketing Director

Marnie Payne has joined mid-size law firm Kemp Strang as Business Development and Marketing Director, announced today by the firm’s Managing Partner, Michael Joseph. 

According to Mr Joseph, the firm’s latest lateral appointment is “…working with us to develop and deliver programs to support the delivery of excellent client service, strengthen client relationships and communication, and build the firm's reputation”. 

He added that Ms Payne’s appointment is aligned with the firm's recent strategic review and restructure.

“Kemp Strang's lawyers deliver high-quality legal services and feedback from their clients is incredibly positive about the service and value they receive, and about the firm's proprietary Vision technology,” Ms Payne added. “Despite this, the Kemp Strang brand is not as well-known as it should be in the broader marketplace. I am working with the partners and their teams to change this.”

A member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Ms Payne also serves on the NSW Committee for the Asia-Pacific Professional Services Marketing Association (APSMA).

Previously Ms Payne was Head of Practice Group Marketing at Blake Dawson, with a particular focus on the development of the firm's Corporate, Banking & Finance, Insolvency and International practices.
